Casa Malibu I is a fully equipped 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests — ideal for families looking for a relaxed home base at Oliva Nova.
Every bedroom is fitted with air conditioning, ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes and brand-new beds and mattresses — all a generous 200cm long, so the whole family can look forward to a genuinely restful night's sleep. All beds measure 200cm long. The bathroom features a shower and bidet, and towels and bed linen are provided throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge and coffee machine, ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner, alongside a comfortable living area. There is also a washing machine installed.
Outside, Casa Malibu I has its own private garden — ideal for families who love spending time outdoors, with a barbecue for warm evening dinners. Just steps away, you'll also have access to a large communal pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or on the course.

From Valencia Airport (90 km — approx. 1 hour) and also from Alicante airport (110km - approx 1h15): Take the AP-7 motorway southbound towards Alicante. Exit at junction 61 (Oliva Sud) and follow the signs towards Denia. After a few minutes you will see the signs for Oliva Nova Golf & Beach Resort on your right. Enter the resort (you will see a big golf ball in the entrance) and before entering the resort go to the right into av. Matisse. From here on follow our 'custom map'.
By train: The nearest train station is Gandía (15 km — 15 min by car), with direct trains to/from Valencia every 30 minutes. From Gandía station, take a taxi or rental car to the resort.
